A definitive development for Manchester’s business district.

The impressive 1 St Peter’s Square occupies a prominent position in the heart of Manchester’s historic business district.

This ‘Grade A’ office block offers space totalling an impressive 268,000 square feet. Over fourteen floors this development, designed by Glenn Howells, is home to a range of high profile global businesses such as KPMG and DLA Piper.

We collaborated with Como Interiors and TP Bennett to deliver the open plan and technical office spaces across two floor levels for DLA Piper. We delivered detailed partitions and complex suspended ceiling packages in the form of bespoke ceiling systems and integrated acoustic baffles. Working closely with Como and SAS interiors we successfully delivered this truly stunning office space.
